String changing, and a first for me in 50 years & 7 months of being a guitarist: an uncovered 4th. string, a D’Addario .024mm. Not sure how this will work out, but I’ll give it a try. In 1965 information from American players, on uncovered 3rds. & banjo strings for firsts, was still not widely available to young players in the provinces.
